Today, the rest of my life is coming to a perfect conclusion. In just over half a month, I have been watching the drama with everyone, getting close to Gu Wei's parallel world from the audience's perspective, and once again feeling his ordinary, simple, and warm 'Gu' matters.
Old Gu, responsible for patients, respectful to family, and sincere to his lover. He met a girl who intruded into his life, and unknowingly, from one person to two, from a small family to a big family... In love stories, many people often ask, 'Why do you like me?' Can love really have many concrete and definite reasons as components? The emergence of love may really happen in an instant, and perhaps there is no clear reason to explain it. Everyone is imperfect, navigating life alone in society. Meeting, knowing, and loving each other, whether friends, colleagues, family, or lovers, all need mutual support and understanding to complete the rest of their lives. Couples who respect each other like guests, couples who bicker, as long as they accompany and love each other, are all different forms of mutual support.
The wrap-up day was early morning in Wuxi, it was a bit cold and dimly lit. Due to work, I flew directly to another city from the set, missing the wrap party. Today, the rest of my life finally comes to a perfect conclusion. The shaping and growth of this character, the resonance and emotion this drama brings to everyone, are the result of the efforts of all the actors and staff.
