Coincidentally, the first scene we shot was everyone skating at Shichahai. Looking back now, it seems like everything has moved forward, yet everything feels like it has never changed.
On February 4th last year, on the day of the beginning of spring, I remember everyone gathered for a reading. I was staring at the lines in the script, trying to touch the essence of Chunsheng bit by bit. On the seventh day of the Lunar New Year, we started shooting Dream Sea, on the vast ice rink of Shichahai, the air was cold and refreshing. A group of people looked at each other with a mix of familiarity and strangeness, breathing out warm air, skating and laughing, under a boundless blue sky, on that solid ice surface, it seemed like everyone carried the blood and youthful strength that could forge an era behind them.
Chunsheng, tough, loyal, persistent, unchanging. He is sentimental, never gives up, and has been like this since childhood. Decades have passed, times have changed, the people around have changed, everything is changing, but Chunsheng holds onto those he recognizes and the things he believes in deep down, which remain unchanged.
You said to me: 'Life is not just this piece of Shichahai; there are broader skies waiting for us outside!'
I want to say to you: 'As long as a person knows where they are going, the whole world will give way to them.'
In the end, look, whether it's the ice and snow of winter or the wind and rain of summer, they all remember, how wonderful it is!

说来也巧了，开机第一场戏就是大伙儿在什刹海滑冰的戏。现在回过头想想，好像一切都往前走了，一切又好像从未改变。
去年2月4号，立春那天，记得大家在围读，我盯着剧本上的台词，一点点的，试图去触摸春生的样子。大年初七梦海开机，宽广的什刹海冰场，空气冷冽清爽。一群人特新鲜地看着彼此既陌生又熟悉的样子，呼出热腾腾的气儿，滑着、闹着，在一片看不到边的蔚蓝天空下，在那片坚实的冰面上，每个人身后，仿佛都带着能蹚出一个时代的热血和青春力量。
春生，顽强、义气、坚持、不变。他重情义，不服输，打小儿就这样。一晃几十年，时代变了，周围的人变了，一切都在变，春生守着心底那些自己认的人、认的事儿，是不变。
你对我说：“人生可不止这一片什刹海，外面还有更广阔的天地等着咱！”
我想对你说：“一个人只要知道自己去哪里，全世界都会给他让步”。
最后你看，不管是寒冬的冰雪，还是酷暑的风雨，他们都还记得，多好啊！
